Your Role as a Legal Executive Recruiter
As a Legal Executive Recruiter, you will be at the forefront of the recruitment process, from sourcing top-tier candidates to placing them in prestigious law firms and corporate legal departments. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and engaging top attorney candidates using a variety of innovative sourcing methods.
- Interviewing attorney candidates to assess their marketability and fit for our clients.
- Networking with attorneys and legal professionals to build a robust pipeline of talented candidates.
- Maintaining strong relationships with law firm and corporate clients to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
- Staying abreast of market trends and legal industry developments to ensure you are always ahead of the curve.
- Extending offers of employment and negotiating compensation packages to secure the best talent for our clients.
What We’re Looking For
- JD required: Your legal background is essential.
- Desire to transition into a sales/recruiting role: We value your enthusiasm and motivation.
- Entrepreneurial edge: Business acumen and a drive to succeed are key.
- Prior sales experience: Preferred but not required (real estate, retail, hospitality, client services, business development).
- Experience practicing law: No prior recruiting experience is necessary, but your legal practice experience is crucial.
