What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Associate position at LHH?
LHH Recruitment Solutions (f/k/a Parker Lynch) has partnered with a sophisticated midsized law firm in Baltimore, MD in its search for a Litigation Associate to join its Real Estate Litigation Team!
The associate can expect to represent multifamily housing and mixed-use real estate property owners, developers, and mangers in litigation and risk management matters in DC and potentially northern Virginia courts. This is an unposted and great opportunity for a junior litigator who is seeking mentorship and in-court experience!
Requirements:
- Juris Doctorate degree.
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in DC.
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in VA and / or MD, a plus.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of relevant litigation experience.
Perks:
- Salary – $150K based on experience, before bonuses and benefits.
- Billables – 1750 hours annual target, not a requirement
- Bonuses – year-end bonuses based on firm performance and Associate performance.
- Hybrid – 3 days in office per week, with potential to be fully remote for the right candidate.
