What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Attorney position at LHH?
LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a prominent law firm in Boston, is seeking experienced Litigation Attorneys to assist their team on a contract basis.
Experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, or insurance defense with a focus on medical records review and analysis is required. Strong legal writing skills are also required.
This opportunity can be hybrid in Boston or fully remote.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and analyzing medical records
- Drafting expert letters
- Extracting information from records to support legal theories
Requirements:
- 3 years of medical records analysis and review
- Medical malpractice, personal injury, or insurance defense experience
- Active bar license in good standing
- Strong legal writing skills
- Attention-to-detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
