LHH is actively recruiting for several direct hire Litigation Paralegals for our clients in Royal Oaks and Troy, MI.
Pay Details: $65,000-$95,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Coordination: Interface with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather critical information and arrange meetings and interviews.
- Case Management: Support attorneys with case preparation by organizing documents, conducting legal research, and drafting pleadings.
- Discovery: Oversee the discovery process, including managing electronic discovery, reviewing and summarizing documents, and preparing discovery responses.
- Trial Support: Aid in trial preparation by organizing exhibits, coordinating witness schedules, and preparing trial binders.
- Court Filings: Manage electronic court filings, ensuring adherence to local court rules and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
- Strong understanding of legal procedures and litigation processes.
- Proficient in legal research and document management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in legal software and electronic discovery tools.
