Pay: $35 to $45 an hour
Type: Contract to Hire
Schedule: Fulltime - Monday to Friday

Responsibilities of the LPN:
- Conduct intake procedures including brief history, vital signs, medication and allergy review, and medical & behavioral screenings.
- Maintain appointment flow and communicate with providers about patient status.
- Perform procedures related to medical visits such as point-of-care testing, immunizations, medication administration.
- Collaborate with medical providers on medication refills, follow-ups, and health education.
- Support communication with pharmacy, imaging, and laboratory services.
- Associate’s degree
- Current LPN licensure.
- Three to four years of relevant experience.
- Clinical proficiency in ambulatory nursing, including triage/nurse assessment and charting.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
