Requirements:
- 5 years LVN experience
- Phlebotomy experience
- Primary Care experience
- LVN program graduate
- BLS
- The ideal candidate will exhibit professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent verbal and written communication, ensuring they can confidently engage with high-profile clients.
- Support one Physician with administrative tasks and direct patient care.
- Correspond with patients via email, providing personalized care.
- Assist with house calls, including testing and basic medical procedures.
- Conduct health assessments and document interactions in the EMR.
- Manage a small patient panel, participating in team huddles to discuss care.
