Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Location: Santa Monica, CA - 90402

Employment Type: Direct-Hire, Permanent

Setting: Concierge/Primary Care

Pay: $83,000-$90,000

Shift: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm

Requirements:

• 5 years LVN experience
• Phlebotomy experience
• Primary Care experience
• LVN program graduate
• BLS
  
  

Additional Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate will exhibit professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent verbal and written communication, ensuring they can confidently engage with high-profile clients.
  
  

Key Duties:

• Support one Physician with administrative tasks and direct patient care.
• Correspond with patients via email, providing personalized care.
• Assist with house calls, including testing and basic medical procedures.
• Conduct health assessments and document interactions in the EMR.
• Manage a small patient panel, participating in team huddles to discuss care.
