Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Sinton, TX
Compensation: $90K–$110K base Quarterly Bonus Potential
Work Arrangement: Onsite | Monday–Thursday 6am–5pm, Friday 6am–3pm | 1–2 Saturdays/month
Overview:
LHH is partnering with our client to find a hands-on and driven Maintenance Supervisor to lead a talented team of technicians, mechanics, and electricians in a growing manufacturing operation. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to build out systems and elevate processes.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise a team of 10 maintenance personnel, including mechanics, welders, electricians, and a parts specialist
- Own and improve the preventive maintenance program—collaborate with IT to optimize the PM software and workflows
- Develop and implement a parts tracking and inventory system
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of electrical and pneumatic systems, particularly for new plant expansions
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and develop long-term solutions for hard-to-source or undocumented machinery
- Identify and drive improvements in safety, efficiency, and uptime
- Support capital project execution and equipment upgrades
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or maintenance environment
- 3–5 years of supervisory experience, ideally leading technical teams
- Strong working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, or electrical systems (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (engineering or related field)
- Proven track record of stability—at least 2–3 years in past roles is expected
- Ability to organize, mentor, and lead effectively without micromanagement
- Results-driven mindset with a hands-on, problem-solving approach
