Medical Customer Service SupervisorLHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Medical Customer Service Supervisor for our healthcare client located in Albuquerque. This position will be 100% onsite and a full-time, direct hire opportunity. This position will be focused on overseeing the smooth operations of our client's office and performance managing employees, as well as assisting with customer service duties. Management duties include creating employee schedules, delegating tasks, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner, and helping to support with patients as needed. This role will also have expectations given from management that the team must strive to reach. Requirements High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree strongly desired Minimum 3 years experiencing managing / overseeing a team Minimum 2 years healthcare experience Proficient working within multiple software systems including Microsoft Office Skills Proven leadership skills and ability to lead a team Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in person and over the phone Able to delegate and prioritize multiple tasks throughout the dayCan meet management expectations and lead team in a positive manner Experience creating schedules, budgeting, and performing inventory duties strongly desired Can work well in a team environment but also work independently when needed (Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
