Netsuite Project Manager/Admin

LHH is seeking an experienced NetSuite Project Manager/Admin to join our client's team in an on-site, full-time role in Conway, AR.

Our client is looking for a skilled NetSuite Administrator to join their IT team. In this role, you will manage, configure, and optimize our NetSuite ERP system to align with the company's business needs. You will collaborate with various departments, including finance, shared services, operations, logistics, and supply chain, to streamline processes and enhance system performance.

This is an in-person role, requiring you to be in the office five days a week to support daily operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience with NetSuite's manufacturing functionality, particularly in areas such as Work Orders, Work in Process (WIP), average costing, and assembly builds with Bill of Materials (BOMs).

Responsibilities:

• NetSuite Administration:
• Manage the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and support of the NetSuite ERP system. The focus will be on local S&D plant operations but will support global operations.
• Obtain business requirements, formulate functional and technical specifications, and implement those specifications in NetSuite that follow existing change management and version control procedures.
• Hands-on and willing to work with users on the operations floor in a manufacturing environment.
• Configure and maintain NetSuite workflows.
• Manage help desk tickets, assign priority, resolve issues, and work with end users to ensure the platform operates efficiently.
• Support reducing complexity and customization in our current environment.
• Handle user account management, including roles, permissions, and security settings based on SOX and Segregation of Duty guidelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement system enhancements and process improvements.

• System Integration: Work with IT and external vendors to integrate NetSuite with other business systems and third-party applications. Support EDI/Boomi integrations by partnering with the Boomi team to ensure seamless data flow across platforms. Support Shopify integration that includes troubleshooting and reporting.

• Business Process Support: Partner with finance, shared services, supply chain, operations, and production teams to align NetSuite functionality with business objectives. Analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions to enhance productivity.

• Training and Documentation: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using NetSuite effectively. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for system processes, customizations, and integrations.

• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure system compliance with SOX404 standards, IT General Controls, Change Management standards and company policies. Generate and deliver accurate reports and dashboards to facilitate decision-making and support Internal Audit function.

Qualifications:

• 7 yeas of Project Management experience
• 7 years of NetSuite experience using modules such as ERP, CRM, SCM, and WMS.
• 7 years of experience in configuring NetSuite workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reports.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite security roles, permissions, and access control.
• 7 years of experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteAnalytics for process automation.
• 7 years of experience with SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.0, including client scripts, user event scripts, scheduled scripts, and RESTlets.
• 7 years of experience in NetSuite integration tools such as SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST), Celigo, Boomi, and custom APIs.
• 7 years of experience in data migration, cleansing, and mass data imports using CSV and SuiteScript.
• Knowledge of NetSuite OneWorld for managing multiple subsidiaries and international operations.
• Ability to manage NetSuite release cycles and system updates effectively.
• 5 years of experience with JavaScript, JSON, and web technologies related to SuiteScript development.
• Proficiency in SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF) for deploying and version-controlling scripts.
• 7 years of experience with NetSuite Manufacturing modules, including Work Orders, Assemblies, BOMs, and Routings.
• 7 Years in Manufacturing, preferably a CPG environment.
