Office Manager / Executive Assistant
LHH is currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager / Executive Assistant to support our client in San Francisco. This dual-role position combines office management responsibilities with executive-level support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and executive efficiency. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.

Compensation : $30 - $40 / hr

Key Responsibilities :
Office Management :
- Office Operations : Oversee the seamless functioning of the office on a daily basis, ensuring all administrative processes run smoothly. Manage office supplies, equipment, kitchen essentials, and overall office facilities to maintain a productive and comfortable workspace.
- Vendor Coordination : Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and service providers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods and services. Negotiate contracts, manage vendor relations, and handle ongoing service agreements.
- Health & Safety Compliance : Ensure the office adheres to all health and safety standards. Develop, implement, and maintain office safety procedures and protocols to create a secure work environment for all employees.
- Event Coordination : Plan and execute a variety of company events, including social gatherings, internal meetings, volunteer activities, and client engagements. Manage event logistics, catering, and other related services to ensure successful events.
- Administrative Support : Provide general office support, including managing documents, organizing filing systems, data entry, and ensuring all office functions are efficiently handled. Offer administrative assistance to the EVP team as needed.
