Job Description:
LHH Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Management Specialist to join our client's team in Beaverton, OR. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth processing and management of customer orders, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to handle order entry and logistics-related tasks utilizing ERP and Excel. Key Responsibilities:
- Order Entry and Management (80%):
- Accurately enter and process customer orders in the system.
- Monitor order status and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Communicate with customers regarding order confirmations, updates, and any issues.
- Maintain and update order records and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order discrepancies and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Logistics (20%):
- Coordinate with shipping and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Track shipments and manage delivery schedules.
- Handle any logistics-related issues and provide solutions to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in inventory management and stock level monitoring.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1 years of experience in order management, logistics or similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience using an ERP or similar system is a big plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
