Job Description: As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting the attorneys and ensuring the smooth operation of their litigation services. This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing you to work both remotely and in the office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and meetings.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
- Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal proceedings.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and depositions.
- Manage deadlines and ensure timely submission of all legal documents.
- Assist in the preparation of trial exhibits and other presentation materials.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the legal team.
- Monitor and manage litigation dockets and calendars.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience in a litigation setting.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
