Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients during the registration process.
- Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details and medical history.
- Enter and maintain accurate patient data in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding registration and scheduling.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to streamline patient flow and improve service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in patient registration or a related administrative role preferred.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
