What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payroll Manager position at LHH?
Payroll Manager needed for mid-size company located in Riverside, CA. Will pay up to 120k and this is an onsite role.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to :
Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local wage laws.
Train, coach and mentor payroll team members.
Manage payroll guidelines and SOPs.
Coordinates year-end processes regarding payroll.
Partner with HR on updating guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance.
Responsible for audits and reviews.
Requirements :
H.S Diploma required.
Min of 4-5 years of payroll management experience.
CPP a plus, but not required.
Multi-state, prevailing wage and supervisory experience needed.
