What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payroll Specialist position at LHH?
Job Responsibilities
- Process payroll utilizing ADP Workforce Now.
- Oversee day-to-day operation of HRIS and Time & Attendance database.
- Verify pay adjustments, employee hours worked, etc.
- Troubleshoot and resolve payroll issues as needed.
- Manage the processing of terminations, benefit cancellations, and COBRA notifications.
- Process new hire documents and enter employee information into ADP Workforce Now.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, strongly preferred; 5 years of payroll experience in lieu of degree
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now and Time & Attendance required
Required Skills
- Intermediate MS Excel Skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
- Effective organization skills
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
