LHH is recruiting for a well-known builder and developer of new construction homes in Kirkland, WA. Their projects typically involve multi-million-dollar homes on the Eastside. They pride themselves on their design expertise and attention to detail, maintaining high standards for all their construction endeavors and subcontractors. This job in a nutshell:

• In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of land use, and permitting strategies for single family, infill & cottage development
• You will assist in managing outside consultants, reviewing technical deliverables, and coordinating complete submittal packages to agencies
• Additionally, you will be collaborating closely with Project Managers, Designers, Acquisition Associates, and Land Development Management

Compensation, Bonus & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $60-75k
• Annual discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance
• 3 weeks of PTO
• 8 Federal Holidays
• Mileage reimbursed at the IRS rate
• $50/month phone allowance

What we are looking for:

• 2-3 years of related experience
• Base knowledge of local zoning codes in Kirkland & Bellevue
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
