LHH is seeking a highly skilled Medical Practice Administrator for one of our clients in the New Jersey area. This is a direct hire position that requires the ability to travel locally to ophthalmology offices in the New Jersey area.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operational Oversight : Manage daily operations of multiple optical offices ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Staff Management : Schedule and manage staff to ensure optimal patient flow and staff level loading.
- Marketing Management : Oversee marketing efforts, including external vendor management, lead generation, patient coordination, consultations, and conversions.
- Contract Management : Ensure cost-effective physician and provider contracts, and timely insurance payments.
