LHH is partnering with a non-profit organization in the medical field to hire a part-time Program Coordinator. This temporary position offers up to 20 hours per week with hybrid work flexibility, including some onsite meetings and events at the corporate office in Elkridge, MD. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning and execution of educational programs, including scheduling, organizing materials, coordinating speakers, managing registrations, handling day-of logistics, and supporting post-program activities.
- Act as the main point of contact for members and external healthcare organizations regarding membership inquiries, program content, and billing questions.
- Manage various office operations, including handling incoming calls and emails, ordering and maintaining office supplies, processing invoices and payments, managing the events calendar, supporting Board meetings, and assisting with additional administrative tasks as needed.
- Update and maintain the organization's website by adding and removing program information, adjusting event dates, and editing content with input from staff.
- Provide support for programs, such as coordinating award submissions, arranging travel for program faculty, invoicing, and tracking payments for program-related activities.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or a combination of relevant education and experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in a professional office environment, with a proven track record of responsibility and organizational capability.
