Project Construction Accountant
LHH recruitment is hiring for a project accountant in the Fort Myers, FL area. Our client is searching for a project accountant with a strong construction accounting background. This position is working fully in office with a great client that offers excellent benefits.
Responsibilities to include:
- Experience in AP, AR, AIA, draw processing, budgeting, job costing, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Several years of experience in residential and commercial construction companies.
- Skilled in managing notices to owners, lien releases, and subcontractor insurance to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Experienced in overseeing contract administration, vehicle maintenance records, and office supply management for large-scale projects.
- Managed the financial aspects of up to 12 concurrent construction projects.
