Onsite daily Property Accountant in Baltimore, MD. Commercial Real Estate.
Permanent, fulltime - $50-73k depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Manage general ledger accounting and variance analysis
- Perform budget and reforecast input and analysis
- Assist with quarterly property valuations
- Prepare and process monthly journal entries
- Review leases and ensure accurate billing
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or significant related experience
- Minimum of three years of work experience in Accounting or Commercial Real Estate
- An understanding of accruals, variance notes – actual to budget
- An understanding of CAM/OPEX is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and Yardi software
