Job Title: Proposal Specialist
Location: Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid - Onsite 4 Days a Week, 8 AM - 5 PM)
Type: Contract - 5 months
LHH is seeking a Proposal Specialist for a contract position with one of our clients in the Jacksonville area. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and experience working with RFPs in a fast-paced environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing client-driven RFP's and collaborating with internal sales teams to develop high-quality proposals.
Responsibilities:
- Review client-driven RFPs and extract necessary information to begin proposal development using a content management system
- Manage multiple contracts simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met
- Work closely with sales and account executives on various business solutions
- Assist in proposal writing, escalating necessary content revisions through the appropriate internal channels
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- Experience with RFPs in a sales/marketing capacity
- PowerPoint proficiency is nice to have
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a hybrid work environment
Pay Details: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
This position is contract and hybrid in Jacksonville, Florida.
