The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality department, providing direction and helping provide training for employees
Responsibilities:
- Establish and enforce quality standards for products and processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define quality and reliability standards.
- Develop testing methods for raw materials and in-process inspections.
- Maintain product quality documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Prepare reports on product and process quality.
- Manage the quality assurance team and ensure operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
- Manage the quality assurance budget and contribute to financial objectives.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Prior leadership experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality system requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
