A Texas law firm with several offices across the state is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to work in their downtown Fort Worth office. They are looking for someone with significant experience in title and survey review, drafting of objection letters, and handling closings from start to finish.

Responsibilities
Assist attorneys with transaction documentation, organization, and UCC filings.
Review title commitments, surveys, and zoning regulations; prepare title objection letters.
Draft and proof initial closing documents, leases, and related agreements.
Coordinate and attend closings; ensure execution of documents and compliance with deadlines.
Communicate with title companies and summarize property service contracts and lease provisions.
Prepare and supervise closing binders, follow up on documents, and troubleshoot issues.
Qualifications
3 years of experience as a Real Estate Paralegal required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
High school diploma or GED and paralegal certification required.
Relevant work experience can substitute for education.
