Job Description :
LHH Recruitment is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our client's team in McMinnville, Oregon. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our client's office, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This is a contract-to-hire position with great potential for long-term employment.
Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Maintain and update records and databases.
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
