LHH is partnering with a top law firm who is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Law Firm Recruiting Manager to oversee attorney hiring initiatives and talent acquisition strategies for our firm. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the legal industry and a passion for identifying and retaining top legal talent. The ideal candidate would have 5 years of in-house Law Firm experience and 1 years of recruitment leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead lateral associate recruitment efforts, ensuring seamless hiring, onboarding, and retention processes.
- Manage all aspects of the student recruiting program for the Dallas and San Antonio offices, including on-campus interview coordination, networking events, and virtual engagements.
- Plan and execute the summer associate program, working closely with hiring partners to oversee assignments, evaluations, and social events.
- Travel between Texas offices as needed, particularly during peak recruitment periods and summer associate programming.
- Develop job postings, identify and engage potential candidates, coordinate interview processes, and provide updates to firm leadership.
- Foster relationships with law school career services offices to enhance the firm’s visibility and talent pipeline.
- Serve as the primary liaison for external recruiting agencies, ensuring smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.
- Support firm-wide diversity and inclusion initiatives, including efforts related to Mansfield Certification.
- Analyze hiring trends and recruitment data to enhance processes and drive strategic talent acquisition initiatives.
- Collect and evaluate candidate feedback, implementing improvements to strengthen the hiring experience.
- Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and legal hiring developments to enhance recruitment strategies.
Qualifications :
This position is on-site and supports all of Texas which requires regular travel between the Dallas and San Antonio offices.
