Remote Résumé Writer Please note that this job is 100% and you must use your own computer or laptop. Chromebooks will NOT work with our systems. Lee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is looking to hire a Remote Résumé Writer. To qualify, you must possess at least two years of recent, relevant experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, and/or professional résumé writing. This is a TEMPORARY job opportunity where you will earn $25.00/hour during the temporary period and $30.00/hour once you complete training. You will also be eligible for LHH's benefits programs (details below). This role is PART-TIME; you will start with 30 hours per week and your hours are expected to reduce as the assignment goes on, depending on the volume of work available. As a Resume Writer, you will be responsible for creating professional and effective resumes for clients across various industries and levels of experience. Your main objective will be to help clients present their skills, achievements, and qualifications in a compelling and concise manner to stand out to potential employers. Key Responsibilities: * Conducting consultations with clients to gather information about their career history, skills, and qualifications. * Writing and editing resumes, cover letters, and other professional documents that effectively communicate clients' qualifications and achievements. * Formatting resumes to be visually appealing and easy to read. * Conducting research on industry-specific keywords and trends to ensure clients' resumes are optimized for applicant tracking systems (ATS). * Providing feedback and recommendations to clients on their job search strategies, including networking and interviewing. * Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in resume writing and job search strategies. * Managing multiple clients and deadlines, while maintaining high-quality standards. * Building and maintaining relationships with clients through excellent customer service and ongoing support. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or related field. * Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in resume writing or related field. * Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. * Knowledge of ATS and how to optimize resumes for them. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
