Sales Account Executive – Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)
Location: Jacksonville, Florida
Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 base, commensurate with experience

About the Role:
For our client, a FMCG company, we are seeking a Sales Account Executive to join their growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class solutions to their key clients and retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and partners
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive data to drive sales strategies
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional programs to maximize profitability
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales initiatives with company goals
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting
Qualifications:
5 years of sales experience in FMCG or a related industry (experience selling to grocery chains, mass merchandisers, retailers would be highly valuable)
Proven success in managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and create actionable sales strategies
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
