What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Support Administrator position at LHH?
LHH is seeking a Sales Admin for one of our Non-Profit clients in the Greater Milwaukee Area. They are offering a Hybrid Schedule with 3 days on-site per week.
What you will be doing-
- Supporting the sales team with various tasks such as communicating with customers, meeting coordination, email responses, and other various admin tasks.
- Track and maintain reports and dashboards for team meetings and updates for leadership.
- Coordinate e-newsletters
- Prepare and submit sponsorships for payment processing, execute sponsorship logistics, and maintain files and systems to track all development activities.
Qualifications -
- Non Profit fundraising experience
- Minimum of 1 year CRM experience
- Trade show experience
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with a close eye for details.
- Ability to work successfully in a team environment while working independently with minimal oversight to meet deadlines and goals.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively and professionally interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new software quickly.
Pay range - Up to $60,000/ annual based on experience
Salary : $60,000
