What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scheduler position at LHH?
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a contact center in Mesa. This company is in search of a scheduler to support their department managers and some recruiters. This position is fully onsite, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. The pay is up to 20/hr.

Key Responsibilities
- Schedule interviews and meetings for recruiting team and managers.
- Coordinate candidate availability and ensure smooth interview processes.
- Organize and manage calendars for hiring managers and department leads.
- Maintain clear and up-to-date records of all scheduling activities.
- Communicate effectively with candidates and internal teams to confirm and adjust schedules as needed.
- Assist in managing scheduling logistics for employee onboarding, training, and other team activities.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience is a must!
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adjust priorities as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) or similar scheduling software.
- Previous experience in a scheduling or administrative role is a plus.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
