As a Senior Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency. You will leverage your expertise to support the company's financial health and provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage general ledger accounting activities, including month-end and year-end closings.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP and company policies.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and maintain detailed supporting documentation.
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Support tax filings, audits, and other regulatory compliance activities.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3 years of progressive accounting experience
- ERP experience
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience with financial systems integrations or upgrades is a plus.
Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
