Description:
- Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely accounting and financial reporting
- Manage month-end and year-end close process
- Perform account reconciliations
- Prepare and review financial statements
- Analyze budget variances
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- 5 to 10 years of accounting experience
- Real estate industry experience preferred
- Strong GL accounting and financial reporting background
