Job Title: Hybrid Financial Analyst Consultant

Hourly Compensation: Up to $38.00
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst Consultant to join our client’s dynamic team in a hybrid capacity. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and data interpretation, contributing valuable insights to guide business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and supporting schedules.
- Review and interpret current and historical financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide support in the preparation and monitoring of budgets.
- Analyze variances from forecasted plans, report results, and recommend actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with functional leaders to assist in the preparation of annual plans and quarterly forecasts.
- Uphold the firm's culture by acting with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to maintain a respectful and courteous work environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of financial analyst or related experience, preferably within a professional services firm.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with data management/retrieval and reporting systems such as Hyperion Financial Management, PeopleSoft Financials, or SAP Business Objects.
- Knowledge of Generative AI (GenAI) is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
