- Location: West Palm Beach, FL – Must live around this area
- Salary: $105,000 annually plus bonus
- Schedule: Onsite, Monday - Friday
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to managers on employee relations issues; ensure ongoing compliance with company policies and all federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers in answering day to day HR questions.
- Assist in supporting the smooth execution of onboarding and off-boarding processes.
- Monitor and maintain the accuracy of employee records using various HRIS systems.
Background:
- Minimum of 6 years of Human Resources Business Partner experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred; or the ability to obtain certification within one year of employment.
Salary : $105,000 - $110,000
