LHH Recruitment solutions is looking for a Senior IT System Administrator (Windows) for a rapidly growing lend-tech company. To support this growth, we are seeking an experienced IT System Administrator to join our team.
This is a ON-SITE 5 days a week Direct Hire/W2 (Not open to C2C) position in Las Vegas. NV (7am - 4pm PST OR 8am-5pm PST)

Responsibilities
As the Senior IT System Administrator, you will play a key role in overseeing the technical infrastructure implementation in the Las Vegas office. Involves managing and resolving daily system and desktop issues for our rapidly expanding user base of 75 employees. You will also be responsible for the overall technical infrastructure, covering desktops, networking, printers, phones, and other equipment. Additional responsibilities include procuring and deploying computing equipment, active directory user management, Microsoft 365 license management, and implementing efficient onboarding and termination processes. Your role extends to inventory management of hardware and software assets, as well as overseeing the enterprise security framework and disaster recovery planning.
Customer service oriented position, will involve speaking to folks who are highly technical and not as technically oriented. Must be able to speak to both sides. Will also interact directly with CTO and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and work experience
- 7 years of hands-on systems administration experience
- 7 years of strong MS Office 365 Administration
- 5 years of MS Shell Scripting experience
- 5 years of strong software management experience, not just hardware.
- 5 years of strong Windows Administration
- 5 years of Active Directory management
- 5 years of managing Microsoft 365, with a focus on Exchange, Teams, and OneDrive.
- 5 years of solid cloud IaaS management experience, especially on AWS or Azure.
- 3 years of experience with hardware support (image, troubleshoot, and answer questions on laptops)
- 3 years of network administration, covering both on-premises and virtual environments.
- Certification in Azure is highly preferred.
- Nice to have: MacOSX support (desired) and Linux (a plus).
- Nice to have: Hubspot and Sakari experience is advantageous.
- Nice to have: Previous experience in the financial services industry is beneficial.
Expected salary range is: 100k -120k
- 4% of base salary contribution from company to 401k (fully vested)
