Responsibilities :

  • Manage all aspects of discovery in Relativity
  • Draft privilege logs
  • Help prepare for depositions, trial, arbitrations etc.
  • Trial prep including binders, exhibits and help organize electronic presentations
  • eFiling experience with IL state court and federal utilizing PACER
  • Conduct legal research

Qualifications :

  • Prior experience with litigation on the defense side is preferred
  • Tech Savvy and highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Relativity experience is preferred
  • Exceptional organization, time management, and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Team player with exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
