Duties
- Post checks and ACH payments to tenant ledgers, applying credits as necessary.
- Process payroll efficiently and accurately.
- File federal, state, and city payroll taxes.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date financial records.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Handle expense approvals and generate reports.
- Maintain and update spreadsheets and trackers in both Google Sheets and Excel.
- Prepare W-2 and 1099 forms and collect supporting documentation.
