LHH is seeking a direct hire, entry level Supply Chain Specialist to sit 100% on client site in Garden Grove, CA.
Maximum salary for this role is $62,400 / year.
FLUENT MANDARIN is required- no exceptions.
This role will require 2-3 months of out of state training at the start of employment.
Job Duties :
- Data Analysis and Reporting : Monitor daily operations, collect, analyze, and interpret data related to warehouse performance. Provide actionable recommendations to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Perform administrative duties, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and reviewing / disputing / processing invoices.
- Coordinate and analyze operations with various departments to ensure adherence to budgets.
- Develop and distribute standard operating procedures (SOPs) and protocols (e.g., checklists) to staff.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with staff and vendors as needed.
- Review RGA issues, ensuring remade products are within company guidelines.
- Onboard and train new staff to ensure adherence to department SOPs.
- Assist with projects as assigned by management.

Hours 6AM or 7AM to 3PM or 4PM (8 hours 1 hour lunch)
