The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent, while optimizing recruitment processes and supporting organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the company.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for talent acquisition.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidate profiles, interview feedback, and hiring decisions.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting on hiring activities and talent acquisition performance to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during all recruitment activities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a manufacturing or similar environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of recruitment strategies, talent management, and employment laws.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software (e.g., Workday, Taleo, or similar).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams across different departments to achieve organizational goals.
- Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing practices is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
