What You’ll Do:
• Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide tax compliance, consulting, and planning services to a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Build strong relationships with clients, offering strategic advice and guidance to help them achieve their financial goals.
• Stay up-to-date with federal, state, and local tax laws to ensure compliance and optimize tax strategies.
• Collaborate with team members in a supportive and fast-paced environment, with opportunities for mentorship and professional development.
• Contribute to the firm’s growth and success by identifying opportunities to enhance client service and firm processes.
What We’re Looking For:
• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification (or in progress) is preferred but not required.
• 2 years of tax experience in public accounting or related field.
• Strong understanding of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
• A collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
