LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting a law firm in their search for an experienced Tax and Business Attorney in Madison, WI.
The attorney will handle a range of transactional matters - with an emphasis on corporate and partnership tax matters. Some experience estate planning, commercial real estate, and / or mergers and acquisitions is preferred. LLM in Taxation is a plus.
This is an excellent opportunity with a mid-size firm in Madison, Wisconsin. Associates in this group work on a blend of sophisticated transactional / corporate matters.
- 2 years experience.
- 1750 Billable Hours.
- Hybrid - 50% in-office expectation.
