LHH is asisting a prestigious boutique law firm in Hackensack, NJ in its search for a highly skilled Tax, Trusts & Estates Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive estate planning services to clients, including drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
- Administer estates and trusts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Advise clients on tax implications related to estate planning and administration.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to deliver exceptional client service.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in trusts and estates planning, administration, and tax.
- Admission to the NJ and NY bars is required; admission to the Florida bar is preferred but not required.
- LLM candidates will be given preference.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
Salary Range: $140,000 - $150,000
