Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support via email, chat, and phone.
- Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network-related issues.
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and best practices.
- Document support cases and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
- Collaborate with IT and product teams to improve user experience and resolve recurring issues.
- Assist with system updates, patches, and configurations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective resolutions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 1 years of experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Windows/Mac OS, networking, and software troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with CRM, ticketing systems, and remote desktop tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple support requests.
- Problem-solving mindset with a strong attention to detail.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent support.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of basic scripting or coding (Python, PowerShell, etc.).
- IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.
