Responsibilities:
- Perform operational functions including equity swaps, derivatives lifecycle management, corporate action processing, and trade allocations.
- Analyze and resolve complex products.
- Handle ad hoc requests from trading, sales, and clients.
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve issues and minimize risk.
- Support strategic initiatives and identify efficiency improvements.
- Maintain trading book, instrument, and client reference data.
Requirements:
- High-level understanding of cash equities and financial instruments.
- General knowledge of equity markets and lifecycle management.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivots, VLOOKUPS).
- Proficiency in Outlook.
- Outgoing personality with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic, keen to learn, and quick to understand complex issues.
- Understanding of Trade Support functions.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
- Knowledge of operational processing and risk control, including spreadsheet management and data sourcing.
- Self-starter with outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Ability to deliver high-quality work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $22.00-23.50/hr
