What are the responsibilities and job description for the Trial Attorney position at LHH?
LHH is assisting a boutique commercial litigation law firm in Tampa, Florida in their search for an associate to join their team. Ideally, the right candidate will be already barred in Florida or sitting for the upcoming bar exam and have a solid 2 years of business litigation experience including experience conducting / defending depositions. Must have excellent academic credentials and be a strong writer. The firm will consider an attorney currently at a clerkship with no law firm experience as well. This position offers the opportunity to gain valuable court skills and if you are looking for trial experience, this could be a great fit for you.
