Job Title: Trusts & Estates Paralegal
Location: Tampa, FL (Fully Onsite)
Firm Overview: LHH Talent Solutions is seeking a Trusts and Estates Paralegal fo an AV-rated firm that offers sophisticated clients, challenging work, a friendly, collegial work environment, and excellent compensation and benefits. The Firm is seeking qualified paralegal candidates for its Trusts & Estates Practice Group.
Role Overview: This is a replacement role as the team is losing an attorney and their paralegal is going with them. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in Trusts and Estates Administration and a firm understanding of Florida practices and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting Estate Planning documents.
- Tracking and meeting deadlines.
- Providing client-oriented focus and maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Taking initiative, demonstrating analytical thinking, and paying attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in Trusts and Estates Administration.
- Knowledgeable in Lawgic and Probate Form Builder through Westlaw.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Solid computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

- Office Hours: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Parking Stipend: $111.10/month.

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
