- Evaluate and manage the ASIC IP portfolio, deciding on internal development vs. external procurement.
- Develop and maintain a long-term IP and SOC roadmap in line with industry trends.
- Promote a competitive and innovative ASIC organization by integrating modern development techniques.
- Foster a collaborative team culture and encourage continuous improvement.
- Oversee the end-to-end development of ASIC products, ensuring budget and schedule commitments are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of ASICs into final products.
- Manage relationships with foundries, EDA tool vendors, and IP vendors.
