Job Summary :
LHH is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Warranty Claims Clerk to join our client's team on a temporary full-time basis. The ideal candidate will manage and process warranty claims for Ford and Kia vehicles, ensuring timely and accurate resolution while maintaining high customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Receive and review warranty claims from customers and service technicians.
- Verify the validity of warranty claims by checking product serial numbers and purchase details.
- Enter warranty claim information into the database and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with manufacturers and service technicians to resolve warranty issues.
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their warranty claims and provide information about warranty terms and conditions.
- Ensure all warranty claims are processed promptly and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Handle returns and replacements of faulty products under warranty.
- Maintain detailed records of warranty claims and their outcomes.
- Assist service consultants in closing all open warranty repair orders (ROs).
- Stay updated on all factory recalls and announcements.
