- Work under partners recognized as leading litigators and strategic advisers with diverse backgrounds, including former federal prosecutors and advisors to global companies.
- Represent companies and individuals involved in matters being investigated by entities such as the DOJ, state Attorney Generals office, Congressional committees, and US Attorney’s Offices across a wide spectrum of issues such as healthcare fraud, tax fraud, cryptocurrency, corruption, digital assets, antitrust issues, and complex breaches.
- The firm’s flexible hour policy and the inclusion of unlimited pro bono hours in the annualized target offer an appealing work-life balance. Attorneys can expect to annualize around 1900 hours.
If you have at least two (2) years litigating complex white-collar matters, or government investigations, this could be a great role for you. Attorneys are expected to have strong drafting and research skills.
