About the Role

Are you an expert in Workday Financials looking for a challenging opportunity in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a Workday Financials Systems Analyst to play a critical role in optimizing financial systems, enhancing integrations, and driving efficiency across cross-functional teams. This position is based in San Francisco, CA , with a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite per week).

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize Workday Financials to align with business requirements.
  • Manage Workday Financials integrations with enterprise applications such as Microsoft Dynamics Business Central .
  • Utilize Adaptive Planning to support financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Lead troubleshooting and resolution of Workday Financials-related issues.
  • Partner with Accounting, Capital Markets, and Commercial teams to translate business needs into system solutions.
  • Drive financial system implementation projects , ensuring stakeholder alignment and seamless execution.
  • Develop technical documentation and oversee system integration efforts .
  • Provide training and guidance to internal teams on financial system usage.
  • Work collaboratively with external development teams to enhance system functionality.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience with Workday Financials , including customization and configuration .
  • 5 years of experience managing integrations between Workday Financials and enterprise applications (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics Business Central).
  • 3 years of experience with Adaptive Planning , including implementation or enhancements.
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot Workday Financials and resolve complex system issues.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and aligning diverse stakeholder groups.
  • 5 years of ERP experience in financial systems, preferably in industries like aircraft leasing and finance .
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills .

  • Location : San Francisco, CA ( Hybrid – 3 days onsite ).
  • Salary : Up to $180,000
